Catherine is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) under the supervision of Dr. Cindy Baker, LPC, NCC, CFTP, CFMHE-C. Catherine is deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating grief and loss. Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, a life transition, or a loss that’s harder to define, she provides a space where grief can be understood, honored, and processed at your own pace.

She has a special focus on grief education and support for children (7+), young adults, and families. Catherine understands that grief doesn’t look the same for everyone— it often shows up in ways that are confusing, overwhelming, or misunderstood. She works to help clients make sense of their experiences, build coping tools, and feel less alone in what they’re carrying.

In addition to grief work, Catherine supports high-achieving individuals and “do-it-all” personalities who may feel pressure to keep everything together—even when they’re struggling internally. She has a particular interest in perfectionism, burnout, and helping clients create more sustainable, balanced ways of living.

Catherine offers individual counseling, consulting, and work-life balance coaching. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and strengths-based practices.

She is a Certified Grief-Informed Professional and Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist. Catherine has experience facilitating support groups, professional development, and educational workshops to community members and organizations on a variety of current subjects
