My husband and I have been married for 11 years and we have three children together. I have my Master’s in Criminology, and a second Master’s degree in Counseling. I love working with couples, teens, and adults. Eventually I would like to specialize in affair recovery, as statistics have indicated that due to electronics, social media, etc., more men and women are engaging in sexual and emotional affairs. I have also found that due to events in my past, that I have a certain place in my heart for individuals who have been bullied, suffer from social anxiety, or struggled with pregnancy or parenting related issues.
I have over 420 hours of counseling experience. My style is to always try to meet you where you are at, and address and tackle issues together. I work with an amazing group of talented professionals, so if I am unable to address something in session, I will try my best to discover an answer, solution, or goal by meeting with my supervisor.
I have worked with quite a few clients and have found a connection and respect for all of them. It has been a privilege to see the impact counseling can have on someone in pain. Slowly mental health is becoming more of a talked about and addressed issue. Stop living each day in pain, fear, or sadness…you deserve to feel happiness with who you are today!
