A discreet healing environment
Hannah joined Touchstone in July 2018 as the Office Administrative Assistant. Shortly after, Hannah was promoted to Office Manager. Hannah spent the next year growing in her role as Office Manager. Hannah began billing insurance, updating software, participating in community events, and managing Touchstone's social media accounts. After one year at Touchstone, Hannah was promoted to Director of Operations.
Hannah was accepted into Ozark's fourth Ozarks Leads class in 2019. She has recently began to contribute to the Ozarks Area Crisis Intervention Team using her unique background and skill set.
Hannah helps with the client intake process, schedule appointments, bill insurance, and take client payments.
Hannah also manages all social media, email, and client inquiries.
